  • We will go over the history of NRT with its advantages and why it is so fast and painfree.
  • Reciprocal Inhibtion and the Law of Symmetry
  • Mechanoreceptors
  • Contraindications
  • Palpating all these muscles when your client is on their back
  • How and when to apply NRT
  • Explanation about the Zones in the body according to the principle of NRT
  • All muscle resets explained from T12 to the jaw

Needed

  • wear thin clothing
  • no jeans
  • no thick sweaters
  • no loose hanging shirts or pants, this will hinder in doing the resets!
